The Nautica Penthouse is rented out as a complete unit. There are various applications for the penthouse which include small functions, meetings, presentations. It can also be used as a holiday apartment.

There are people who take part in various events in Cape Town and surrounding areas who could need such an apartment to stay over or re-cuperate. These are such as "The Cape Argus cycle tour" and also the various triathlon events etc.
